5. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription to the Service:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect on their account

8. Refunds and Cancellation

  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

  • Free trial cancellations do not incur any charges

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marketfunkers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Service
  • Our trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission
  • AI-generated insights provided by the Service are for your use but may not be resold as a standalone product

10. Service Modifications

Marketfunkers reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketfunkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
