We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with Marketfunkers within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us and we'll provide a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date
  • This must be your first subscription to Marketfunkers
  • You have not previously received a refund for a Marketfunkers subscription

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@marketfunkers.com with your account email address. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made
  • Outside of the 30-day guarantee window, partial refunds are not provided for unused time

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You can change your plan at any time from your Billing settings:

  • Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher tier, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Your new features are available immediately.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower tier, you'll receive a prorated credit for unused time on your current plan. This credit is applied to your future billing.
  • Billing cycle changes: Switching between monthly and yearly billing follows the same proration rules.

Monthly vs. Annual Subscriptions

Both monthly and annual subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Monthly: The 30-day guarantee applies from your initial purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for the current month.
  • Annual: The 30-day guarantee applies from your initial purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future renewals and retain access until the end of your paid year.
